Welcome to Arcana Echo ("the Service", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue access and use immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimers

Arcana Echo is a mindfulness journaling and reflection tool combining Tarot symbolism with generative AI, intended for self-discovery, meditation, and inspirational reflection.

Not Medical/Psychological Care: The Service does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. Seek certified professional help in distress.
Not Fortune-Telling: Readings are reflective journal prompts and symbolic mirrors, not definitive supernatural predictions or future prophecy.
Not Financial/Legal Advice: AI interpretations should never guide financial investments, legal actions, or life-critical decisions.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a safe and supportive ecosystem, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Attempting prompt injections, jailbreaking, or circumventing AI guardrails and safety filters.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, automated scraping, API abuse, or launching denial-of-service attacks.
Submitting hateful, violent, sexually explicit, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Reselling, commercially syndicating, or repackaging the service as an unauthorized divination tool.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, visual interface designs, audio compositions, proprietary code, and Tarot deck artwork are the intellectual property of Arcana Echo or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright and IP laws.

You retain all rights to the personal notes and journal reflections you write. You grant us a non-exclusive license strictly necessary to store and display your entries back to you. AI-generated insights are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcana Echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
