Data Deletion Instructions

To ensure your data autonomy, we provide this instructions page for users who wish to delete their Arcana Echo account and associated data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your activities, reflection history, and account information for Arcana Echo, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: "Arcana Echo Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the email body, please specify the email address you used to log in to Arcana Echo.
  4. Once we receive your request, we will process it and delete all your user records within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email back to you once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted

When your request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our databases:

  • Your registered login email address.
  • All your daily tarot questions, cards drawn, and reflection journals.
  • All AI-generated reflection insights and themes.
  • Your reflection streak logs and app setting preferences.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover your reflection journey or streak history.
